Permanent Party Homes
Permanent Party Homes is a cornerstone program under the Do Good On Purpose initiative, dedicated to restoring lives through transformative housing solutions. With a focus on both transitional and permanent housing, we provide pathways to stability for individuals and families facing homelessness, displacement, or crisis.
Our comprehensive housing solutions include Permanent Party Tiny Homes, custom-built, high-quality tiny homes designed for long-term ownership, and
TDY PODS, modular, rapid-deploy shelters utilized in Starter Villages — the initial phase of the Homeward Bound program. Both product lines are crafted to deliver secure, dignified shelter while fostering community and self-reliance.
From providing temporary housing in Starter Villages to empowering families with permanent homes earned through service and volunteerism, Permanent Party Homes embodies the mission of Do Good On Purpose — building hope, restoring dignity, and creating sustainable, purpose-driven living environments.

At Permanent Party Homes Villages, our mission is to provide comprehensive support services with homeownership, meaningful employment, and assistance in empowering veterans in rebuilding their lives.
Our honored veterans live in gated, tiny home communities set in a beautifully landscaped design where sustainable practices are embraced, and a strong sense of community coexist.

HarvestBox Farms
HarvestBox Farms is dedicated to sustainable agriculture and supporting veterans. Operating within Permanent Party Home Villages, it utilizes innovative aquaponic farming in shipping containers to produce fresh, chemical-free produce year-round.
This program focuses on three main programs: providing agricultural training and employment for veterans, demonstrating sustainable urban agriculture, and distributing surplus produce to local soup kitchens through its Community Support and Outreach Program.
With a mission centered on "Harvesting Hope To End Hunger," HarvestBox Farms embodies a commitment to community support, environmental sustainability, and veteran integration.
New Leaf Recovery
New Leaf Recovery at HarvestBox Farms pairs sober on entry twelve step recovery with real W-2 farm work in a modern aquaponics greenhouse and a humane poultry unit.
Participants live in clean, gender specific housing with 40 total beds, follow a structured daily rhythm with meetings and accountability, and earn stackable credentials that employers respect, all on a county site funded by HOPE.
No detox is provided, applicants must arrive sober, meet shared housing standards, and be ready for honest work, safety training, and steady growth.
Residents build reliable habits, technical skills, verified experience, and progress is documented for graduation and job placement.
Upon completion, graduates may be cross referenced to the Do Good On Purpose volunteer service track to earn credits toward tiny home ownership.
Harvest
Soup And Salad Cafe
Harvest Soup And Salad Cafe is a beacon of kindness in the community, dedicated to providing nutritious, organic soups to those in need, especially the homeless.
Powered by a partnership with HarvestBox Farms, our meals are crafted from the freshest, healthiest ingredients, all grown by our nation's veterans.
Staffed by compassionate volunteers from local churches and the surrounding areas, Harvest Soup And Salad Cafe is more than just a place to eat; it's a sanctuary where every visitor is uplifted and valued.
With a diverse menu prepared by professional chefs, we offer a variety of soups daily, ensuring that everyone can find comfort and nutrition at our table.
NeedARideHome
Transport
NeedARideHome Transport, a key component of the HOPE initiative, provides free, reliable rides for individuals released from Galveston County Jail, bridging the gap between incarceration and stability by connecting them to family, shelters, and vital support services within a 90-minute radius—ensuring that no one is left stranded without a way to get home.
The program is powered by a dedicated network of trained volunteers and professional drivers who not only provide safe transportation but also act as a lifeline to those in transition, preventing homelessness, reducing recidivism, and fostering connections that can open doors to housing, employment, and community support.
Through this impactful service, both riders and volunteers gain a renewed sense of purpose, as every ride becomes an opportunity to restore hope, rebuild lives, and demonstrate how a simple act of service can transform the course of someone’s life.
The Legacy Mission
The Legacy Mission is a faith-based youth mentoring program that focuses on equipping young individuals with trade skills, driven by the purpose of undertaking home improvement projects for homeowners experiencing financial setbacks.
At the core of the program is a commitment to mentorship, where experienced individuals guide and instruct the next generation in practical trade skills.
This initiative seeks to empower participants not only with technical expertise but also with a sense of purpose and service.
